Richard is a true food enthusiast who spends his time creating culinary experiences that will excite your senses and take you on a new dining experience.
Having crafted his own style and a true artist in the kitchen, Richard has devoted 17 years to the mastery of the fine art of fine cuisine. Gastronomy during which he earnt his own Chef’s Hat Award.
He started his career in Australia, then went on to work with world-renowned chef Nico Ladenis at the three Michelin Star restaurant Chez Nico, Park Lane, London. Following this life changing experience, Richard went onto work with Russel Armstrong, Palazzo Versace / Salt and Pj Mc Millan, GPO Exchange.
Richard has extensive experience in Australia, London, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United States, Kuwait and has now settled in Dubai to create Elements Catering.
Having been an integral part of the success of Dish Catering and Events, Richard now wishes to bring award winning restaurant quality food to your table.
