“Stewy” has over 14 years’ experience in some of Australia’s award winning restaurants gaining invaluable experience in Gourmet cooking
Beginning his career working with distinguished chefs Michael Lambie, at Taxi Dining Room, and Andrew McConnell, at Cutler & Co and Cumulus Inc, he has since travelled and built his reputation for fine dining across the world in small boutique cafes through to renowned International restaurants.
Stewy’s time cooking in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Greece, London, Australia, Thailand and Dubai has greatly influenced his creativity with exotic ingredients and unique flavours.
He has spent the last 4 years in Dubai, establishing numerous restaurants for hoteliers and leading key projects to develop concepts for prominent international chains. Having established numerous successful businesses and more recently demonstrating his expertise at Dish Catering and Events, Stewy has decided to further his extensive experience and venture into Dubai’s gourmet catering scene.
